Menu
- Breakfast: Oatmeal (real not instant) with frozen blueberries and a cup of hot tea with a teaspoon of honey.
- Mid Morning Snack: 1 banana and some Cashews.
- Lunch: 1 leftover lamb chop and an orange.
- Mid Afternoon Snack: 2 Celery sticks with peanut butter, a few carrots.
- Dinner: Piece of ham steak and peas.
- After Dinner Snack: 1 bowl of grapes.
And that's all she wrote for today. I did not exercise today as I was too busy with work. Probably will not tomorrow either as I have an early appt. further south.
